Application for registration.—Every job worker carrying on the treatment or processing of goods belonging to another person shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form GSTR-1, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every warehouse held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
