Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the emergency arbitrator shall apply to the Registrar of the Council in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Registrar of the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
