Intimation of change.—Every emergency arbitrator shall intimate to the Registrar of the Council, in Form E and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of the Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
