Intimation of change.—Every person responsible for paying shall intimate to the Director General of Income-tax, in Form 35 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director General of Income-tax shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
