Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a hospital who ceases to carry on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every stock held by him has been disposed of.
