Correction of entries.—The Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal may, on an application made in Form 19 by any point of presence or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
