Intimation of change.—Every point of presence shall intimate to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, in Form 13 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
