Surrender of certificate.—Every point of presence who ceases to carry on the registration of subscribers shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 31 of the manner in which every remittance challan held by him has been disposed of.
