Intimation of change.—Every operator of a rice mill in a village shall intimate to the District Panchayat, in Form 1 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
