Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951); (b) "mutawalli" means a person carrying on the management of a waqf; (c) "lease of trust property" means a lease of trust property received, held or disposed of by a mutawalli in the course of the management of a waqf; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
