Surrender of certificate.—Every petty food manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of food on a petty scale shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every improvement notice held by him has been disposed of.
