Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the petty food manufacturer shall apply to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
