Application for registration.—Every petty food manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of food on a petty scale shall make an application for registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every stock of foodgrains held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
