Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a visa applicant shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every residential permit held by him has been disposed of.
