Surrender of certificate.—Every registered priest who ceases to carry on the performance of marriage ceremonies shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
