Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any lessee dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 2, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every instrument then held; and the Rehabilitation Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
