Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee who ceases to carry on the holding of immovable property on lease shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every instrument held by him has been disposed of.
