Application for registration.—Every electrical contractor carrying on the execution of electrical installation work shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every energy bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
