Intimation of change.—Every co-operative bank shall intimate to the Government of Tamil Nadu, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
