Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered match official dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Agency in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every contract of an athlete then held; and the Agency shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
