Intimation of change.—Every ambulance operator shall intimate to the District Registering Authority, in Form 28 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
