Application for registration.—Every e-commerce operator carrying on the operation of an electronic commerce platform shall make an application for registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every consent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
