Intimation of change.—Every owner of a lodging house shall intimate to the Director of Municipal Administration, in Form C and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
