Rule 18, Kerala Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2008 [S4A-M1T]

Safe custody.—Every principal employer shall keep every register of employees to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the engagement of employees through an immediate employer is carried on, shall record in Form 3 the description of every register of employees so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Welfare Board within sixty days of the close of each year.
