Application for registration.—Every employer of building workers carrying on the employment of building workers shall make an application for registration to the Chief Inspector of Factories in Form VIII, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of wages held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
