Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any employer of building workers dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Inspector of Factories in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every muster roll then held; and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
