Intimation of change.—Every lessor of immovable property shall intimate to the Sub-Registrar, in Form D and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
