Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the duty free shop operator to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form GST APL-01, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Appellate Authority shall record the manner and the date of service within ninety days of the service.
