Surrender of certificate.—Every recovery agent who ceases to carry on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every cheque held by him has been disposed of.
