Safe custody.—Every recovery agent shall keep every promissory note to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every promissory note so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within fourteen days of the close of each year.
