Application for registration.—Every recovery agent carrying on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form D, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of loans held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
