Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the e-commerce entity shall apply to the Director of Legal Metrology in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Director of Legal Metrology shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
