Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of Government land who ceases to carry on the holding of Government land on lease shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every escrow account held by him has been disposed of.
