Intimation of change.—Every breeder shall intimate to the Registrar of Copyrights, in Form 2 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Copyrights shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
