Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of proactive disclosures shall apply to the Central Information Commission in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Central Information Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
