Application for registration.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application for registration to the Relief Commissioner in Form H, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
