Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts of Joint Foreign Trade Development Officer in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Assam shall be 22, subject to variation dependent on workload; and the said post shall be classified as a Group 'C' post in the Service, Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial, carrying Level 5 in the pay matrix.
