Intimation of change.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form CA-5 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
