Application for registration.—Every owner of a goods carriage carrying on the carriage of goods for hire shall make an application for registration to the Regional Transport Authority in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every motor vehicle held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
