Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the election agent shall apply to the Delimitation Commission in Form 2A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Delimitation Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
