Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a loudspeaker during an election shall carry on the use of loudspeakers during an election only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every voting machine in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such voting machine for inspection on request by the Booth Level Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
