Maintenance of premises.—Every operator of a loudspeaker during an election shall keep the premises where the use of loudspeakers during an election is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every affidavit of a candidate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the use of loudspeakers during an election, and shall furnish to the District Election Officer in Form 2A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
