Surrender of certificate.—Every passenger who ceases to carry on travel by railway shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every luggage held by him has been disposed of.
