Safe custody.—Every passenger shall keep every advertisement board to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where travel by railway is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every advertisement board so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Himachal Pradesh within seven days of the close of each year.
