Periodical returns.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer shall furnish to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form CA-8 of the certification of aircraft maintenance carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
