Surrender of certificate.—Every sports goods manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of sports goods shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every anti-doping form held by him has been disposed of.
