Safe custody.—Every keeper of a hotel lodging foreigners shall keep every certificate of naturalisation to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the lodging of foreigners is carried on, shall record in Form X the description of every certificate of naturalisation so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
