Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a zoo shall apply to the Biodiversity Authority in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Biodiversity Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
