Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a zoo shall intimate to the Biodiversity Authority, in Form I and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Biodiversity Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
