Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the workman shall apply to the Labour Court in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Labour Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
